BRITNEY SPEARS

Britney Jean Spears, a name associated with fame in multi-dimensional careers of singing, song-writing, dancing and acting. She has a well-known name in the entertainment industry. The lady has been awarded for her talented work ever since she recognized her passion. Luckily, she grasped it in her very childhood and did justice with it too with her hard work, endless efforts and her attitude of learning on and on.

FAMILY: She is a 37-year-old American citizen and artist. She was born to Mr James Parnell Spears and Mrs Lynne Irene Bridges on December 2, 1981, in Mc Comb, Mississippi, US. She is a second-born child and share her bloodline with her siblings Bryan James and Jamie Lynn Spears.

CHILDHOOD ARTIST: Spears is an artist since her childhood and used to sing church choir then. Just at the age of three, Britney developed an interest in dance and started learning a new art form. She beautifully faced her stage fear at the age of five performing at kindergarten graduation. Owing to her sheer interest, she was always hungry for knowledge. She kept on learning, improving and diversifying her talents. She even won many contests and talent shows.

BEGINNING OF THE CAREER: Blessed with the singing talent and a supporting mother, Spears got enrolled in Professional Performing Arts Schools. They shifted in New York along with her sister. She got signed for her first professional role in musical Ruthless! in the lead role. Early in her career, she started working for commercials. She has always been contesting in the talent shows for they are her motivational drives.

She was cast in The Mickey Mouse Club in 1992; but the show got cancelled in 1996. This was a big change for her and she had to return back to Mississippi. But, she was not happy with the change. Backed by her mother Lynne, with the advise and help of a family friend Larry Rudolph, a professional demo of Spears' vocals was recorded.

Full with excitement, she travelled to New York and presented her demo to different labels. To her disappointment, she was rejected because the need of the hour was Pop Bands.

Not everyone is successful in the first go. She never stopped trying.

THE KICK-START: One of the labels Jive Records saw, heard and felt the emotional deepening touch in Spears' singing. They identified the rarely found motivation in her and got her signed to their labels. She worked hard with the producer Eric Foster White. Her efforts under his guidance brought about a beautiful transition in her voice. It was so beautiful that she got signed for the entire album.

She loved her assignment because it was portraying her real self. She could feel the beauty of the music, sing it to reach each soul and spice up with her dancing.

This was just an initiation and what followed was the global appreciation.

ALBUMS:

1. "....Baby One More Time"(1999): With her first the album, Britney outstood the competition and climbed to the awards: Number one debut on U.S. Billboard 200 and topped the chart for two consecutive weeks, for which she was awarded the two-times platinum.

Copies sold: 25 million copies worldwide.

The title the track was awarded as the 25th-most successful song of all time in British chart history.

2. "Oops!    I Did It Again" (2000): Topped the charts in U.S., Australia, New Zealand, the U.K. and other European nations.  Received Grammy nominations for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Female Vocal Performance.

Copies sold: 20 million worldwide.

3. "Britney" (2001): Again, Spears' album debuted at number one in the Billboard 200 and was awarded top positions in Australia, The UK and mainland Europe. The album was honoured again with Grammy Nominations for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. It also got awarded with its name being populated in 2008 as one of the Entertainment's Weekly's 100 Best Albums from the past 25 years.

4. "In the Zone" (2003): This album presented the audience with singing as well as creative writing talent of Spears.

Listed amongst the 50 Most Important Records of the decade. Grasped the top positions on top charts globally.

5. "Blackout" (2007): This was the first album to chart on number two on the U.S. Billboard 200. But not infamous still. It was also accepted and loved world-wide. Won the Album of the Year award by Europe Music Awards 2008and was listed the fifth Best Pop Album of the Decade by The Times.

6. "Circus" (2008): With Circus being on the top list again, Spears became the youngest female artist which rewarded her by an appearance in Guinness Book of World Records. She is the first female to have five debut albums peaking up the charts and topping the positions by staying on number one.

7. "Femme Fatale" (2011): This album was again a platinum-receiver. Its song topped the Billboard Hot 100. She now had two singles debut on number one. By the end of 2011, Britney has had a brilliant ranking on the Artists of the Year.

8. "Britney Jean" (2013): Due to the conflicts and many issues, Spears had been facing at that particular time, she had a bit lower position on the counts, but yet she did manage to be on number four. The competition was rising and she could not keep up to the position, she earlier was.

9. "Glory" (2016):  It was so far her latest album.

PERSONAL LIFE: No doubt, Spears has acquired every single heart, wither by her singles or her albums, her songs, her singing, her books, be it any. Yet, in personal life, she is still struggling. She has been in multiple relationships, married twice, is a mother of two. Being a mother has been really hard for her. She fought for custody of her kids, got joint custody with their father. But, due to some circumstances and reasons, she lost their custody.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS: Apart from being a renowned singer, actor, songwriter, dancer, she also has achieved a lot in various sectors. She has written multiple books with her co-writer, her mother. She opened a restaurant too. She had come up with her remix singles. She has done well in clothing and perfume industries too with limited editions being famous just like her.

She is a brilliant and a struggling artist. Fans are looking forward to her next album, ingle tour, whatever she choose to appear publicly. She is indeed an inspirational woman and an artist.
